Don’t underpurchase or overpurchase, that can only lead to regret later. Make a list of the qualities that you need in a house. How many bathrooms will suffice? How many bedrooms? Are there things that you can live without and what are the things that you cannot live without? If you purchase a home that is not suitable for you, you’ll only find yourself in a quick sale or even foreclosure later. You want to be happy with your decision so do not rush in and take all things into consideration.
